After cutting the uPVC windows profile frame, we should check the first piece right now. And take some samples from the cutting PVC profile.
All the parts must meet the following technical requirements:
- Firstly, uPVC section profile length tolerance ±0.5mm.
- Secondly, each ending angle tolerance ±0.5°.
- Thirdly, cutting surface and the angle of uPVC section should not affect the welding quality.
- And the last, the after-cutting surface should keep dry and clean.
