The first one isusing corner crimping method which use 45 degree profile.
The second is using screw connecting which use 90 degree profile.

b) 90 degree assemble
After the aluminum profile end milling, then we do the assemble.
And for the mullion part, we also use the connector. According to the profile the connector will be different.
