Sealant Sealing Robot including input conveyor, 1# output conveyor, 2# output conveyor, sealing head, 1#, and 2#A pumps, 1# and 2# B pumps, 1# and2# ratio pumps, hydraulic unit, and also controlling system.
TRIO controlling system and imported control movements of 8 servo motors.
The 8 servo motors are input conveyor, 1# output conveyor, suction cup conveying, sealing head up/down (rake type) sealing head-turning (with absolute encoder), sealing head forward/backward, V1belt forward/backward ( with absolute encoder ), V2 belt forward/backward (with absolute encoder) 3 inverter driving motors to control 2#output conveyor, 1# guide bar, 2# guide bar. Hydraulic unit motor drives1# and 2#ratio pumps.
Two A and B pumps system and ratio pumps. One button changes from one to another. Customers can also change easily from different sealants with convenient and high efficiency.
