CNC Double Head Curve Saw Description
CNC Double Head Curve Saw is mainly for the aluminum profile and also UPVC profile cutting.
This saw head could change automatically between 45° and 90°.
The cutting size is controlled by the high precision servo motor. The guide rail uses Taiwan HIWIN which could guarantee the convey accuracy and positioning accuracy.
This curve saw right head could move to the set position automatically.
The right head could feed the profile automatically. So it could cut the corner connector and ultrashort profile.
This curve saw adopts a completely Japanese control system. Including PLC, servo motor, servo driver, touch screen, and also photoelectric switch. Easy to operate and work stable, reliable.
The control system adopts the new closed-loop system and can ensure the accuracy of repeat length.
This curve saw also can automatically feed the profiles. Can input the cutting data one time. Automatic continuously different cutting size is available.
The saw blade feeding system adopts circular arc motion with high accuracy and stability.
The protective cover could also automatically open and close along with the saw blade feeding.
The curve saw also has a label printing function (option).
